The owner, Johnathan has over 22 years of experience in the technology industry. He created Tier 3 Tech Support because he wanted a business that was built with the service mentality. He cares deeply about each and every client. He’s just a phone call away.
His wife, Brandi is the Office Manager. She has over 25 years of office and customer service experience. Great customer service is one of the things that matters most to her.
They have been married over 18 wonderful years and they are so happy being able to work together. Both originally from the Midwest, they are excited to bring their Midwest values to the Bay Area. They are both very involved in volunteer work and also love to travel.
Why we are different?
Like mentioned above our business was built with the service mentality. Many companies think sales first. But our founders came from the award winning service departments. After seeing sales that couldn’t deliver on promises or have the knowledge to effectively design solutions they realized that what customers really want is incredible service.
